On strategy of railway transport services in the North-Western region
The paper deals with two approaches to property research. In literature property means sum of elements of the economic system. This definition does not reflect the real meaning of property. Property is a complicated economical relation between capital and wage labour. The economical content of private property in commodity economy exists in economical forms of production and goods. The use of goods creates a commodity way of appropriation, which results in connection of activity and consumption. Secondary appropriation appears in the process of exchange and distribution.

System approach in management of regional sales promotion infrastructure
The paper describes the features of commercial fishery companies. For the analysis a sampling taken from the commercial fishery companies of the Murmansk region has been made. The most common economic characteristics of these companies have been revealed on the basis of their accounting records.

System analyses of potential of Murmansk regional railway complex transport capacity
Load of potential transport capacity of Murmansk region railway complex has been investigated in the paper. The dynamics of Murmansk railway complex traffic has been analyzed; the problems of complex management during transformation of its potential using have been considered; the necessity of the complex development as a production system sensitive to environment requirements and capable to adaptation has been substantiated.

Transformational processes in transportation of fish, fish and marine products from the Murmansk region
The paper analyses problems of transformation the technological processes of transportation of fish, fish products and other marine products by railway and motor transport in the Murmansk region. The analysis of competitive relationships at the transportation market has been carried out. The potential mechanism of increasing freight flows by railway transportation has been defined.
